Joe D. Frawley
Joe D. Frawley is an Associate Attorney at Rodgers Kee & Pearson, P.S., where he practices in the area of contract disputes, collections, corporations, contractor claims, insurance, estates, family law, and personal injury.
Mr. Frawley served as an Extern for a Thurston County Superior Court judge in his first year of law school, and as a law clerk for an Oregon business and corporate firm in his second and third years. His experience includes personal injury, real estate disputes, legal malpractice and insurance defense including agency issues, personal injury, maritime law, federal tort practice, unemployment insurance claims, estates and probate issues.
Mr. Frawley's approach to his practice is a mix of litigation and also attempting to resolve disputes short of costly trials. He has experience with all aspects of civil litigation, including trials and alternative dispute resolution procedures such as mediation and arbitration.
