Tricia D. Hahn
Tricia D. Hahn is an Associate Attorney with Rodgers Kee & Pearson, P.S., where she focuses her practice on representing clients charged with misdemeanor and felony crimes in Thurston, Mason, Lewis, and Grays Harbor counties. Tricia also maintains a general civil practice.
Tricia understands that being charged with a crime may be one of the most challenging times in a person's life, and she is committed to aggressive and compassionate representation. She holds the experience and knowledge necessary to form the best strategy for your particular situation. Tricia earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Seattle University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2005. Prior to joining the firm, Tricia practiced criminal defense in Kitsap County for five years, where she represented persons charged with crimes in district and superior courts. Tricia's practice and experience includes DUIs and other driving offenses, theft and property offenses, drug offenses, violent offenses, and sex offenses. She has also worked on a number of criminal appeals in state and federal court.
Tricia is a member of the Board of Governors of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (WACDL), and enjoys volunteering with community organizations such as the Latina/o Bar Association of Washington's Neighborhood Legal Clinics and the Thurston County YMCA Mock Trial Competition. She is licensed to practice law in Washington and California.
