Bruce
R. Busch received his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and
History, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the in University
of Washington in 1989. Bruce received a Juris Doctorate from U.C.L.A.
in 1993. During his legal studies Bruce served as a legal extern
to Judge Eugene A. Wright of the United States Court of Appeals
for the Ninth Circuit. Bruce also holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Washington.
Bruce
is a member of the Thurston County Bar Association and the Washington
State Bar Association. He is a member of the Real Property, Probate
and Trust Section of the Washington State Bar Association. He is
also active as a legal assistance officer in the United States Army
Reserves.
Bruce's
practice focuses on estate planning, wills and trusts, probate,
elder law, real property, landlord/tennant issues, nonprofit corporations
and homeowners associations, and appeals, as well as personal injury.
He has testified in Thurston County Superior Court as a stipulated
expert on estate planning and trust issues.
Bruce
is licensed to practice in the Courts for the State of Washington
and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western
District of Washington.
