Our clients are involved in a broad range of business activities including the health care, architectural, engineering, accounting and legal professions, as well as other commercial business endeavors such as restaurants, computer software, and real estate development. The firm’s emphasis is to provide practical economical legal services to business owners in all transactional and litigation matters. On the transactional side, our business practice involves negotiating and drafting business contracts, real and personal property leases, employment agreements, loan agreements, asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, and condominium organizational documents. We also have extensive experience with the formation of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. These functions are primarily the responsibility of Richard L. Ditlevson and Heather Christenson. We also have a broad range of experience in business and commercial litigation in enforcing business contracts and rights and defending against business and commercial abuses.
