Heather Christenson, Of Counsel, received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Washington in 1987.  She received her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1991.  While in law school, she was the Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law.

Heather Christenson grew up in Seattle, Washington.  Prior to joining Ditlevson Rodgers Dixon, P.S. in 2005, she was in private practice in Flagstaff, Arizona.  She has been employed as a senior associate with a mid-sized law firm in Seattle, Washington, and as in-house counsel for a national real estate developer in Chicago, Illinois. 

Ms. Christenson is a member of the Thurston County Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association, and the State Bar of Arizona.  She was the former Secretary of the Coconino County Bar Association in Flagstaff, Arizona.  Ms. Christenson is licensed to practice in the State of Washington, the State of Arizona, and the State of Illinois.

Ms. Christenson's practice focuses on general business transactions, real estate, and health care.  She has experience in the formation of business organizations, the purchase, sale, and development of real estate, buying and selling businesses, and the preparation of commercial and residential leases.  Her health care practice emphasizes work on physician contracts and the sale of health care practices.
