James J. Dixon received his Bachelors degrees in Philosophy (with Honors) and Urban Affairs from the University of Puget Sound in 1980. He received a Master of Public Administration degree from Rice University in 1983 and his law degree from UPS in 1990. Mr. Dixon is a former President of the Thurston County Bar Association and serves on several committees and boards in the community. He is peer review rated “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell.
