Heather Christenson

Attorney Heather Christenson’s professional practice focuses on general business transactions, with a concentration on negotiating and drafting business contracts, real property leases, employment agreements, loan agreements, asset purchase agreements, and stock purchase agreements.  Heather also has extensive experience with the formation and maintenance of corporations and limited liability companies.

Heather grew up in Seattle, Washington.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Washington in 1987, and was a member of the University of Washington Women’s Rowing team.  She received her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1991.  While in law school, she was the Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law.

Heather’s legal career includes practicing as an attorney with a multispecialty law firm in Seattle, Washington as well as working in private practice in Flagstaff, Arizona and as in-house counsel for a national real estate developer in Chicago, Illinois. She is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Illinois, and Washington.

Heather is the proud parent of two sons, one who is attending the University of Washington and the other who is in college at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities where he is a member of the Golden Gopher Men’s Swimming & Diving team.
